As the founder and CEO of Maisheng, I am proud to share our brand story with you.

It all began in 2006 when I first started working in the business consulting industry in New York. I noticed a growing demand from U.S. entrepreneurs who were looking to expand their businesses to the China. However, the process of registering a company in China was complex and confusing for many of them.

Seeing this need, I founded Maisheng in 2012 to provide a one-stop solution for U.S. entrepreneurs to register their companies in China. Our mission was to simplify the process, provide reliable services, and empower our clients to succeed in the China market.

Over the years, we have helped thousands of clients register their companies and establish their presence in China. We have a team of experienced professionals who are experts in China company registration, taxation, and compliance.

In 2015, we expanded our services to include U.S. company registration and taxation services. In 2017, we provided our Chinese clients with more cross-border services by including the Amazon services.
